Sorry this is not true in any aspect at all. I have a dual sli setup 512mb gfx per card running 2 21" screens and 2 accounts in windows, gfx drivers are the latest updated 2 days ago, but my fps performance still drops when focus is set to one of the windows. oh and btw the whole system is 64bit so its not a cpu problem either.
and with all this patching crashing, extended downtime its beginning to feel like MS are running the show around here :(
PLEASE FIX IT!

Mayb the wrong place to post this but its an idea to relieve Jita a little.
On a technical aspect Jita slows down due to the mass database access at anyone time, this is due to a single core PC arcitecture trying to handle all of the information due to current technology restraints within the language CCP use to write the software.
So why not use a cluster based marker between 3 main hubs. eg. Have a main market in each of the main 4 regions hosted on there own nodes, and have the database for those markerts linked in togther, a kinda sql bridge between database systems, this would also mean the market econemy would stabalise to around the same prices within these 4 regions of empire space, meaning traffic to jita would drop by 1/4 as stuff posted in jita would be avalible on another node within the local area if the market databases were shared. It would also cutdown on a lot of gate traffic between these systems, releaseing even less presure on other nodes that are used to get from region to region. Some of you may think thats stupid but infact its not, as the market outside the 4 trade points would still be localized so there would still be potential to upsell etc outside of the main markets and with the option of remote sales now being a large part of eve this intergration I feel would balance out the 4 main regions, making the main market economy balanced.
If someone feels this is in the wrong place, please repost for me, thx
ps. its just an idea, dont flame it!
