If you wish to have successful completion of refinery jobs, there are 2 workarounds - At the time the refining job should be finishing, the pilot who started the process should either:
a) Be within 1500m of the refining array.
b) Be offline."

Unfortunately, I am afraid to say the lost mineral/Ice quantities, if not already recovered during the next Downtime, will be lost since our logs remain unfortunately limited in this circumstance.
