exactly, I too have this bug and have lost 600 icicles with it. I just got moved into an unstaffed corner of the petition system and forgotten. I'm a paying customer like you all here and shouldnt be treated like .. well it just makes me mad.

Last night I had one success. I left the char (which would normally have been mining, so i lost time there as well :/) by the refinery and the load actually completed, it was there for 3 hours, i had a disconnect about half way through, got back quickly and hadnt warped off, so i think that may have helped. Anyway it seems to work, well at least once. But it is a total waste of one of my characters.

maybe they should just move the ice belts to the moons so we can stay on grid and mine at the same time? :p

Mindstar: Thanks for finally admitted the bug. I would like to know what we are meant to do at the moment, the buggy array rather affects us all and those in deep 0.0 without a station would have a hard time getting it to a decent refinery station.

Maybe give us a free rorqual to compress it down and jump it out?

I'd just like to point out that logging out will lose you your ice. I logged out and lost it so that definitely doesn't help.

I set the refine and logged out, so definitely no timer after 3hours of cycle. I logged in a few hours after the end of the cycle to collect it.
Yes also when does my petition get a response for the ice I lost? 600cubes of Dark G here.
