Changing from 150km to 75km? Convoy hunting :)

Do you think this applies to PC's only, i.e camping out of 75km range, or NPC convoy hunting etc. as well?

Vague?
Sentry gun range is supposed to be 150km. For some reason it isn't; however, you should continue to play as if it is.
What's vague?
