I still can't see reasons of this split from the original post... And Evolution coming down to FA space... Sounds like there is some puppet mastering behind all this 
But anyway... We are in 0.0, no moral stuff down here, if you are the stronger u rule, if u are too weak, u move back to Empire space.

hmmm...interesting. Altho I saw this coming with Xan. Oh well, I tried to tell you other corps. Anyways, guess there is nothing left but to come into FA and play.
Oh, and who ever ISN'T FA, but in FA space, supporting Xan, consider yourself thrown in with FA. Take it as you want, but let it be clear. Enjoy!

Ahh you mean like the innocents passing through Fountain. Stop trying to qualify your pirating. You shoot anyone you can in FA space, FA or not, so please stop trying to characterize yourselves as freedom fighters.

First off, ya n00b, u are still on probation...thats how long you have been in FA. And second, you call me a pirate? What do you call what you and your cronies??? I could care less what you call me, but I know you won't be calling me anything, unless your pod has a cell phone in it.
So, STFU, and put you money where your mouth is....if you have any left after hiring folks to do your dirty work. And why is that? Are you scared? Worried you can't pull this off by yourself and the almighty Xan? I recall hearing about how bad ass they think they are...so why the need to hire folks to do your killing?

could not hold my self back.. I remember you remo in the FE/m0o war and how your gangs allways lost ships and did¦n¦t obey orders (reason to why you lost ships). it was like.. the EU guys gave the FE some looses during the day in EU. then it was night.. ohh well.. then i came back online and was told. huh guess what. we lost ships tonight.. and guess who leaded the gang ? remo yes. camping a gate when your out numbred are just utterly stupidty. so fasing you in battle is just as facing the npc¦s camping the gates in d4ku imo...

That ain't true... me and a few friends have been operating in fountain for a few weeks now... We havent been killed and podded by Revolution although they have had the chances to... once we were fired upon... they halted and apologised.
Revolution ain't no pirates... 
FA guarding at gates, they scramble you... blast your ship... then ask for the pass or tell how to get one... and if you ain't buying one you might get podded too... thats piracy.

Common, the last few weeks, there has been almost none activity in Fountain... look at the map.
How do you think ppl care about pass when where's nobody in fountain hunting you... I am more griefed in some 0.4 systems by other pirates than in Fountain by XAN/DE/FINFLEET.

Contrary to the recent trite posted by the noobish Eve Marshalls. Rev0l does not pirate anything that moves in Fountain, many corps even the ones that are/were part of fountain can attest to this.
There have been an incident or two, but we have apologized and fully reimbursed these people.
To the n00b from Eve Marshalls, quiet you, at least till you know what you are talking about.

Fountain has been almost darkened in the maps the last few weeks, a.k.a. no activity, except for a few guards at borders. What are they protecting and for whom...
Lots of belt to mine, but no mining activity to been seen on the maps...
It calls for us to mine there... somebody can use that ore. The guards are just griefers, they really want to blow ships up. They don't feel the need for using all the resources. I do, we do.

There is very much still a Fountain Alliance. The corporations who did not take part in the coup d'etat are still FA.
The fact that there was a coup d'etat is a resounding message that the folks who felt they needed to overthrow the government they were part of, instead of working through the very laws they established, is evident to the fact that they had no popular support within the Fountain Alliance.
They could have voted corporations out through the council, or changed any laws that seemed too restrictive. By overthrowing the legitimate government of the Fountain Alliance, they simply show that they do not have popular support of the Fountain Alliance members in the actions they wanted to take.
Still...as many have pointed out. It's a game, and there is no morality in government.
For those that embrace that thought, I'm glad I don't live where you do. Free speech is another 'vague' idea you may want to shun on your way to fascism. It seems to be one of the driving forces behind this coup.

OK. So everyone is to take your word on the fact that anyone you have killed has been reimbursed?
The corps and people that are complaining have no basis. Ships were lost, yes. Those that were told to dock and followed this order did not lose their ships. Those who decided not to listen or pretend did suffer losses.
Noobs, hardly. Did have fun last night though. Fun to watch a bunch of noobs in frigates reduce BSs to nothing.
All the corps that are listed on the list of FA members do have a committment to the alliance. Not just assisting when it was convenient, but when a difference could be made. There are several corps that do have committment in different ways from PvPing, and they will be welcomed back as brothers.
Rev0l feel free to continue to twist words.
Marshals have been committed to the FA for almost 3 months now, and are well aware of the situations in FA and those circumstances leading up to now.
Xanadu, EVE Marshals, Hirr, Finfleet and all the others that are still FA are all small parts of a greater whole. All corps are equal no matter the size. We are smaller and enjoy the FA and our role here.

hehe wouldnt be the first time xanadu has gired hit squadfs to take out their enemies, most the corps that attacked techell were employed by xanadu, I even read log that pretty much proved that. Ask dats if he still has itm he prolly posted it on the forums a bit ago. Everyone was quick to condemn techell as being an evil corp. Seems if your in an alliance then all of the sudden employing death squads to kill anyone who disagrees with you is acceptable.

About all I am going to say on this topic tonight is I am disappointed in the whole affair. You have to laugh. I was on patrol in D4K doing my watch and find myself at the wrong end of FA when this coup occurred. Given the method of ejection I can not access my stuff in FA due to the KOS. Backing people into a corner only leads into a predictable result. The stuff isn't the cause of my disappointment, it is that feeling of loss of good friends, and an ideal I raced to protect. But *ell its a game and you got bored of FA meetings. The destruction of my corp mates ships during your "safe" exit period was a low blow to my respect to the "new" FA. They were alone, not hostile, and loyal members of FA; I am sure they were satifying kills. At one gate one corp would kindly let a "former" FA member through and the next FA corp on the next gate locks, loads and fires. I'd say each corp guarding the exit had its own ideals and neither matched.
The beauty of a military coup is you own the ground, you set the time, you set the rules. Yet, it is human nature for individuals to act on their feelings of injustice. All I can say is the process was flawed and it did not need to be.

A member of ours logged in after all this took place,, he was in space, away from a ststion. He was given permission by Xanadu, one of thier members,, camping one of the gates, to dock. So he headed to our home base in MN5 only to have his megathron destroyed by Dark Empire when he arrived.
A member of LRC was told he would get to leave fountain in his indy,, only to be shot down and podded a short while later.
I do not know if there is a communication error here but, it seems the remaining corps want to only kill anyone they see.
And Xanadu still wil not give me their reason for kicking us from the alliance. I was told to wait till tomorrow.

1. FA was a democracy that failed to uphold and follow its own founding ideals so basicly it was just two wolf and a sheep voting what to have for dinner.
2. Without a coup d'Útat FA would have gone civil or killed anyway.
3. The old FA was beyond repair plain and simpel.
By the way I speak for myself but omg this was the best thing that could happen given the circumstances. If some people dont like it because of their self interest, tough .
