hi there
i was running eve client "premium graphic content" and it was running very well till i have tried to change graphic setup "to high resolution" . now if i run eve client i get a black screen and my screen trys to find its frequency but it doesn't solve the problem. well.. i think its because of my screen, it cant run a high resolution specialy with EVE client.
as im older than 1 year player of eve. i remember that when we face such problem we can remove the Cache folder which is inside C:/program files/CCP/EVE folders . and this way ya will re-setup the setting of eve as default setup than things will be sorted by the way. but now it doesn't work.
as i mention i have tried to remove Cache files, uninstall and re-install eve and changing resolution by windows's setting. but still doesn't work.
can anyone help/guide me how to re-set eve's setting as default or changing graphics setup without running eve client?

btw while i run eve client and gets in a black screen, also, it shows a OSD window for 20sec , it says

hi again.. this is the solution if ya experienced such problem.
JediLover is one of our corp members and he told me to:
Follow the instructions below to Open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
run command 'dxdiag'
then choose 'more help' tab
then choose 'override'
set the direct draw refresh behaviour to a lower value eg 75hz
*i personaly tried 75hz but doesnt works than 60hz and its successfuly works.*
Run your game and change the resolution and refresh rate to a setting you know works
