Seems like I'm not the only one having these problems.
In the space of half an hour...
On premium with Vista 32
1. Locked up when doing trade between accounts. Had to shut down one account through task manager, when I went back to trade items were in cargo hold of active ship not hanger. Did not attempt new trade. Was using fullscreen
2. Switched to windowed. Both accounts froze again. Hello Task manager and shut down one account.
3. Manually shut down second which threw a exe file not responding error and shut down from that.
Can we get an official oops we borked something please because the trade bug is a tad on the nasty side.

All of the above seem to be reporting the same problem and none of the above have been answered by ccp.
It does not look like it's a vista problem but it is all to do with premium.

Correct.
Not soley related to Vista and 32 bit.
I am having same issue with 2 accounts but am running on XP 64 bit 4gb Ram.
I thought maybe the setup was a part of the cause but browsing the forums I notice many others ar having similar issues, most with high end setups that should deal with it fine and that have dealt with it fine in the past.
Im confident CCP are onto it, even if folks dont get personal answers when they want.
We will just have to bear with them, they are only human.

It's not about getting a personal response, it's about any response even acknowledging these is an issue with duel accounts. I have seen that they are looking into alt tab but I dont have a problem with that. I "only" have a problem with running my accounts at once.
btw I wont quit even if they never fix it, I'm far far too addicted for that :)

I've never had any of these I run two premium clients on xp 32bit with a duel screen setup and pretty much NEVER have an issue aside the maybe once a month fluke crash.
I run them both window mode and for hours on end doing mining trading pvp and missions.

I used to run 2 accounts fine on XP and sometimes 3. On vista i love the premium content but it made 2 accounts a pain and very laggy and often crashes.
Turn off the premium content.... i can run 4 accounts at once 
Really, turn off the premium content and you should get on a lot better. The premium content client with it turned off is a lot more stable that the classic content only client.
