Can you set-up a Moon Mining Array in a 0,4 system?
Really need to find out fast.

Not sure, the true-sec rating limitation is 0.40, but this means you could use one in a .35-39 system, which is 0.4 in the normal sec rating.

0.34 for max i think but not sure never test in 0.35 or higher

NO. true sec status doesn't matter at all. The sys must be .3 or below to moon mine or do reactions

It must say 0.3 in the top left corner.
You cannot anchor a POS without standing in any system that says 0.4 in the top left, nor can you moon mine or react. You also need charters.

I can not find an answer to this question, are they (CCP) working on being able to moon mine in systems are are .4 and higher?

As of right now any system that says 0.4 sec status is a tease because you will find moon mins, but you will not be able to mine the mins there. The system itself has to say 0.3 or lower for you to setup a miner.
