Any applications from a guy called Kindjal should be rejected on site. This guy stole 6 bil worth of items from his old corp and also stole my Rorqual. The guy even has the nerve to not reply to any chat invites or emails. Hes a theiving scumbag and doesnt deserve to play this game.

And you never can't fully trust anyone. You must be carefull with stuff, you have all the tools to avoid these scams, like locking stuff at corporation hangars. One of the things few ppl know, is that they also convinced him to buy a lot of t2 mods and t2 frigates to 'deliver because they don't have a great market'. If this were a corp in any other alliance, i'd feel sorry for you. But when it comes to goons ... WELL DONE !

This is EXACTLY the type of thing that ccp made possible as part of the original vision for the game. It's not a nice, fair world in the EVE 'verse. In RL you can have your car stolen, and you can steal someone's car. In EVE you can have your CapShip stolen, and you can, in turn, steal another's CapShip. Going by your argument, anybody who deprives another of their property without permission doesn't deserve to play. Would you kindly inform your Alliance of this, and we all expect to see Goonies dissolve within 48 hrs. Never mess with a guy in an ugly ship. He's bitter and has nothing to lose.
