I'm afraid I don't get this, though somebody says it every time skill queuing is brought up.
You're proposing that if you didn't have to log in to change skills you wouldn't log in at all; which implies that the only reason you ever log in is to change skills, and then presumably you log right back out.
If that's all you do, then what difference does it make whether you log in at all? You're not playing the game regardless; in fact, that's just less traffic for the server to handle. ______________________________

Which to me, if i ever saw a person doing this, i'd laugh when they actually try to do anything finding they dont have the cash, or dunno WTF they are doing because they never actually played as a newbie
Also some people think folks would start Char-farming to sell for isk (Which is legal, accounts aint tho)
No, not that one... that one I can understand though it seems easily fixable: disable the queue when your account expires/ disallow it for trial accounts.
A lot of people genuinely seem to be arguing that if there was a skill queue nobody would ever log in.
*edit* And if you're char farming, what is the effective difference between logging in for 3-30 mins/ week and never doing anything but switching skills and never logging in at all? ______________________________
