Would that be the case here? Notice how you can only upload .gif, .jpg, .png. Yup, I'm trying to upload a .png and it's messing up the Planck Bubble I'll try in .jpg form >>> THE LIFE OF AN OUTLAW - EVE FICTION <<<

Read what Xhagen posted, he explains it better than I do as I didn't post about minors and parental consent. Being at the age of consent still applies to being able to sign an NDA and for it to be a legally binding document, which in this case, in Iceland and most of the rest of the EU is 18.
