Reprocess everything you own, sell the minerals, set clone elsewhere, try to go through in a shuttle, if you get podded, you end up on the safe side.
Do missions to get your isk up again, then find a corp that can teach you how to play Eve.

Only an idiot can lose a pod in lowsec.
Seriously remote sensor boosted Heavy Dictors can catch them, but even in that scenario you should still have 50/50 odds of getting away.
Just spam the warp to button once you know your ship is going down.
And as i said above, join a corp! Eve isn't about how many skillpoints you have, its about how many friends you have.

Message me in game, if you can get yourself out of there I can help you get restablished with a badger and isk making opportunity that will make you a decent amount of isk, there is no committment, just a bit of loot gathering, you'll make even more if you train some salvaging skills. So I'm not giving you anything but opporunity. To get out, set your clone to a different system so if you get popped again you end up in a different home station. Leave your assets where they are, you can get them later on when you are skilled enough to get back to them.

If you can't get by 3 command ships then you need to learn to play the game. Command ships will not be able to lock your pod in time if you don't jack around when trying to warp. Quit complaining and learn to suck it up.

Get past 3 command ships in a lot bigger stuff than a pod, no trouble, you just have to know how.
CS are relatively slow.

Right, okay, you've stated a preference for adult dialogue. Yet you answer helpful posts with angry, profanity-laden ranting. Can you see the inconsistency here?
So, in no particular order:
 If you managed to get into the system, you can get out. You may not be able to do it in a heavy, slow hauler, but you can do it. If you have assets in that system, sell them. If you can't sell them, refine them and then sell the minerals.
Once you get out, stay in high-security systems. Don't go back to low-sec until you can face losing a ship. When you do go back to low sec, don't do it blindly. Look at your galaxy map. Avoid systems with 129 ship kills in the last hour. Choose quieter areas. Or choose high sec. There's nobody forcing you to leave it, and you can make plenty of ISK there.

command ships would struggle to catch a frigate. A pod would make it past them every time so long as you dont arse around.

i had the same problem once before, ok i was in 0.0 at the time with another 0.0 system in all jump for a minimum of 12 jumps
the way i got out was easy but hard at the same time you have to have good timing
this starts just before dt
step 1 undock with your assets
step 2 warp to the gate your leaving by
step 3 wait till dt has happened and ended
step 4 log in as fast as you can after dt
step 5 jump and do a run for it
i would recommend a trail run with a frig the 1st time so you can see how fast the pirates are logging in and setting up the gate camp

This may sound silly....but sell what you have in your home system, buy a shuttle, warp to zero on the gates and jump, and unless they have a triple sensor-boostered insta-lock ship, I doubt they'd catch you. Find a new home system and buy stuff up.
Also...don't get into arguments on the fourms and create epic whine threads................I'm the only one whos allowed to do that right  remember coronosphere guys?

For the love of god, I don't know how many more ways to say this:
JOIN A CORP.
Eve is not a single-player game, to survive in the harsh universe thats out there, you need friends.
99% of players in the game will shoot whatever is in front of them (within reason). The art of the game is not to be in front of them, unless you can shoot back and win.
