Do you need to be flying a Capital ship to make use of a jump bridge or can any ship use them?

I'm quite sure ALL capitals can use the jump bridges just fine.

All ships can use the, although it may be cheaper for capitals to jump on there own power if possible.

At my current skills, it's cheaper to use a Jump Bridge for my Rorqual than actually jumping normally.

With jump fuel conservation 4, the fuel usage per LY (in units) on a Rorq is about the same between a bridge and a jump drive. Coupled with that is the fact that liquid ozone is cheaper per unit than most isotopes. But (and this is a big butt) LO is 2.66x bigger per unit than isotopes, and isotopes already take up enough damn space, so you're probably better off using the jump drive just so that you aren't hauling around all of that relatively large LO.

ANY ships can use jump bridges, there was going to be a change that made bridges more expensive for freighters to use, but in order to do that they needed to increase the LO storage also, which they didn't do, so they scrapped the change altogether. For capital ships it is actually cheaper to use the bridges than it is to use their built in jump drives, though with many bridges entering cyno-jammed systems sometimes the overall cost ends up being slightly higher as the capitals need to jump and then use a bridge.
Pods can use them with no fuel cost, for non-capitals they are very cheap to use, with only battleships reaching a moderate cost, capitals being the only ones with a significant but still quite good value cost.
