What happened to The United, and Veto (just answered my own question on the subject of VETO, typing their name made me remember DarkElf god rest his soul), and all the other pirate corps that were worth a damn on the forums?

We went to visit the United a couple weeks ago. They wouldn't play with us. We were going to go back last week as well, but were informed they would not play with us then either. Veto is still around, but Verone is a big TV star now... if we weren't promised such exciting action with Idle Guns last week, we'd probably have gone to visit them. And word on the street is that Ginger Magician now sails the Caribbean in PotBS. I hear he led the pirates in a port battle and they were sunk to the last man while their opponents didn't lose a single ship. I only bring him up because his threads were usually entertaining as well. You're right... all the great pirates have gone.
