you cant warp to members on grid since a couple patches ago, is ccp purposely trying to boost nano gangs??
if a gang member has something tackled 200 km away, heavier/slower ships have no way of joining the fight unless the warp off grid and warp to that member. i fail to see any gain from changing the mechanics to this 
yet you can warp to the dead gang members can, since he for damn sure is going to die against a nanofag ship if hes in a ceptor. this change just encourages further nanofaggotry which i dont think should be the end all be all setup for ships in eve.

You have to select the ship in space to warp to it now if it is on grid.

In Grid you can only warp to objects (like gang members, stargates, wrecks etc.) 150km+ away.
To warp to a gang member you can right click on him in the fleet chat window or the fleet window or like already said, click on him in space (right click -> fleet -> warp to).

I am havign same issues. Form tiem to time simply there is no option to warp to gang members when they are on grid even at 200 km disatnce. Sometimes its there, but most times its not.

Gangs make it easier for the hotdropped carrier to kill all the ships at once, as opposed to killing each ship individually, which would be tedious.

I have not had any issues warping to gang members over 150km away. Out of habit, I always click on the gang member in gang chat and use the "warp to member" command.

One solution would be having an overview setting to show gang members only. Click gangmember, warp, done.

Yes, overview tabs FTW! Have one just for warpable items and you will rock at this.
