Nope - tracking is fine, but the Rifter pilot needs to learn to play. All he has to do is to go outside his spaceship with a pair of scissors and cut the invisible string that connects his ship to the Incurses in that animation.

The problem is that you can neither warp nor align cloaked. You can point toward your destination, but you'll only be moving at double-digit speeds. When you decloak, it takes your full align time to get up to speed anyway.
