In all my threads on this subject have all been informative, honest and not meant to cause offense. Your staggering ignorance is however offending me.
The forming of Rev0luti0n was ambivalent for the rest of FA, quite a few nice persons left FA and also some pvp'rs of note. I think Species for one was a brilliant person and figther and truly an asset to FA, but departing with him were numerous troublemakers and dissentionspreaders; FA also sighed a collective sigh of relief. In one single stroke FA's biggest liabilites were gone.
The feared nightsquad was gone, with its numerous personalities saturating FA teamspeak, FA boards, FA chat channels and eve forums with slandering and lies. They did not only annoy Xanadu but alienated most of the Fountain Alliance, and thus eventually they left the alliance. The feared nightsquad, not feared by m0o and FE, but feared by the Fountain Alliance; singlehandedly they must have prolonged the invasion of fountain by a week or more.
Every day, the eurozone players would attack and hunt FE forces, killing but not recieving losses in return. Every night US-based corps would strike with their guerilla tactics, harassing FE mining ops, downing miners while risking only expendable ships of their own. Every night the nightsquad, led by the Rev0luti0n core, would gather their hopelessly outnumbered fleet in central fountain, invariably losing ships.
And thus, every god damn morning the rest of FA would find their 5-0 kill quote from the day before turned into a 7-7 or even worse, because of the lot you dare to call fountains best pvp'rs. Stone deaf in your ignorance, you'd refuse advice from who obviously knew better, and instead slagging us for cowardice because of our philosophy of only fighting on our own terms. Slagging us as usual, same whiners new whines. Also worth noting how certain elements within Rev0luti0n are now calling FA cowards for not attacking 8 on 20, and when the odds are turned, proudly thumping their chests stating how they will only fight when they want to.
Rev0luti0n almost saved FA, the troublemakers all leaving like that. We had our chance to turn FA into what FA allways was meant to be, something better, something collective. Unfortunately it was not enough and FA was once again grounded to a halt. I can really say I am sorry that a lot of people now had to leave FA. Sorry for the nice chaps that were in the wrong corps. Sorry for the corps that under no circumstances should be let into FA in the first place, but because of a sabotaged bureaucracy were let in and allowed to stay, I am sorry that they were let to live in false beliefs and that they had to leave like this.
And a clarification:
Xanadu did not hire any merc corp to attack HHI/HVI. If someone manage to annoy me to such an extent I would take offensive action, I would damn well do it personally and under my own banner. As would and will my corporation Xanadu and alliance FA.
