With pain in our heart we hereby announce that Coalition of Empires (COE), one of the oldest alliances still ingame is coming to an end. We've had a lot of fun and thank all our past and present friends for the great times we shared. Our enemies we salute and thank for the great fights we had all over the Eve map. Now however it's time for our corps to move on and explore new routes.

It has been a long time since i flew or heard much of COE.
You were the first alliance i was even in via the corporation Night Shift Cowboys.
While i remember getting ganked to hell by the Five in N-Rael, and making my first traverse into 0.0 to get to the incredibly cool (at the time) POS
My time there ended as ARK was having some issues and we were getting pushed out of geminate.
Nonetheless it has always been pleasing to see COE continue and survive while I moved throughout my eve career.
Know that you will be missed, you provided good times and long lasting friendships to many of your former members and that you will be missed, for all the best reasons.

It is sad to see you guys go. When we first moved to Placid to pirate, about 8 months ago, COE was one of the main anti-pirate forces and we had some really fun fight with you. Good luck for the future.

In the dawning days of our alliance COE provided not only a home for us, but the military support whenever needed. I have spent countless hours side by side with so many COE pilots. Best wishes to all those that still fly, and remember if ever in need of a helping hand, bruce is never far away.
