Is it possible add the ability to see which lazer/Strip miner is active on "x" target?

That's actually a decent idea.
If I'm not paying a lot of attention, I sometimes find myself wondering which module is active on which target. An indicator would be nice, like an optional number that appears up top beside each module icon.

Yes, with a bit of training you could be able to identify the little icons next to the target locks.

I think this is a great idea, not just for mining lasers.
Nothing extravagant, just little notes indicating which specific module is active on which of your targets. :B ___________________________________________________________

not to troll or anything, but what are you looking to do with this information? The only time i can see it apply is when I want to shut off a certain module from firing on a specific target, in which case, if you click on the little icon next to the target, it will deactivate that module. I like to have a LOT of information, but adding more clutter isn't necessarily a good thing.

Being able to always know which T1/T2 crystal is on which asteroid can be some helpful information, the options menu should contain the option of turning it on or off.

Even better for salvage ships - if you've got a couple of cans on their way, one gets there first, you want to de-activate that beam to send it elsewhere. Just now you can click on it, but even then until it stops you don't know which one it is.
So yes, definitely a good idea.
