Selling me, I have a positive wallet (i'll leave 1 mil in there) a 8.61 standing with Republic Fleet and have 2 kill rights that expire on 3/25/08.
Skills
Can fly a vaga, rapier, falcon, raven and on it's way to a decent mega. Also has good probing skills. Would make a fantastic alt since it can mission, probe and jam.
Account can come with a mission raven and drake located in a system with two quality 4 agents (lvl 16 and 18) or I can sell the ships, your call.
Starting Bid: 2.5bil
Increments: 100mil
Buyout: 5 Bil
Expires: 11:59pm (EST), 3/28/08

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your post.
Are you trying to start the bidding with a 2 bil bid. Or are just commenting that you don't think I'll get the 4 bil buy out?

lol with a -0.8 sec status he can still go anywhere, and if somebody wants a character like this really bad i think a 4 bill buyout is very reasonable.
