Interesting, then you want to explain to me how a friend of mine that has been playing since beta... and IS A GM is not getting paid to be one? Yes the devs get paid and I am sure there may be a few that do but for the most part GM's are just players. As for them having a seperate "play" and "gm" acct no $%^& Sherlock. So you think because they are seperate accts that keeps them honest? Man people are stupid.

Yes, I run my own business so calling overseas and dealing with companies is a daily issue for me. I called Iceland, got the number, called CCP's office and she won't let you talk to anyone. However they make damn sure that credit card number is valid every month!
Your friend is so full of ****e that you should be able to smell it leaking out of his/her ears :P
You can't be surprised if you try to bypass the established lines of communication and they tell you to bugger off. Coincidently as far as CCP is concerned you are neither a 'self-made business man' or a 'wealthy' client. You're just 14.95 to them. If you place a call to someone in that sort of situation and expect special treatment you are a fool.
If some uppity bugger called me out of the blue without following the proper procedure I'd not bother to give him the time of day, I'd tell him to contact the proper people through the proper channels.
EDIT: as a sidenote, if the GMs are all cheating/corrupt, and you are friends with one of them, how is it that you can't prevail upon him to lend you assistance? Heck, even BoB has the devs on MSN*, you cant get your GM buddy to approve a reimbursement request?
Making silly assumptions and then lying in an attempt to support them, only to end up looking foolish? This would be the proverbial 'epic fail' that so many people seem to speak of on the internet.
*Not seriously alluding to misconduct here, just for the sake of humour.
