(and i havent even talked about how hot the harbi is right now) if that ever went through, i would consider training amarr frig to 1 right now. but then again i wouldnt do it, because it would be nerfed back to oblivion before im able to train amarr cruiser 1. also, i cant believe i used my time to reply to that thread. you just cannot be serious, also your reasoning... is... kind of lacking, at best. to sum it up: "lol op wtf"

I can't fit MWD, HAMs and Dual Extenders on my Drake without at least 2 fitting mods either. Also you're fitting a battleship-sized mod onto a BC, so you're going to have fitting issues regardless. ...

Well, I WOULD like to see that stupid amarr "laser cap use" bonus dropped in favor of an ACTUAL bonus, as well as on other amarr ships, but then they'd have to fix lasers, and that just makes too much sense for them to ever do it. The whole laser cap use penalty/bonus was put into place a long time ago to prevent other races' ships (specifically the ferox and dominix, from what i understand) from fitting them back when their damage was ridiculous compared to all other turrets in the game. Since that's no longer true, there's no more reason for lasers to be as ridiculous on cap as they are.
