I got a silly question. Coupling arrays have the express purpose of stopping waste (reactor out -> coupling array -> silo). Right. Hunky-dory on that.
My perhaps absent-minded question is: Can you chain a silo onto another silo?
I'm running on the assumption that with reactor out->coupling array -> silo, if the silo is full, the coupling array begins filling up, so you could switch out the coupling array for another silo.
Cutting a long story short, I want to know if you can go reactor out -> silo -> silo in order to double the time between unloading your reactors output silo?

Easy- Yes you can, as long as you are with the power limitations of the CT.
Edit- If you storage is an issue, consider using Gallente or related faction towers for the silo bonus.

complex reactor > silo > silo > silo on a gallente tower means you're good for at least 10 days :) Which is a nice pace change from the almost daily emptying you have to do with single silo outputs on non-bonused towers.
Once you start going to multiple silo outputs the CPU advantage of the Caldari tower evapourates and you're almost always better off with a Gallente tower, where you get an inbuilt 100% bonus, which becomes more significant the more silos you have.
