Your payment does not mean the game should be changed to suit your personal requirements. I work full time too. I have kids I don't get to play many hours a week. And yet I do manage to replace losses, and partake in high-end PvP where those losses can be quite substantial. You being bad at the game is not a good reason to have it made easier.
