I always keep a close eye on my wallet and any sudden influx of isk from unknown locations gets petitoned immediately. I've had former wt's and random neutrals threaten to send me isk then petition me as an isk buyer.

I had it happen again today random 500 million in account sent it back to the one that sent it to me. This was my alt that is a indy and only mines when i need him too. So mybe the isk farmer have found a way to start a new war with us  . This seems a little odd to me that this has happen again so i sent it back that way i do not have to worrie about the GM coming after me  .

Sending money back to them is a good idea, which will prevent you getting tagged as buyer. On the other hand they still will be getting illegal isk back. It would be great if people can petition them stating the amount of isk they received in their petition and that isk can be removed by GM from petitioners wallet and necessary steps against isk farmers can be taken. If this is not a valid way of handling the situation perhaps GMs can inform players what is the best action when somebody becomes a victim of false isk transfer.
CCP does good job enforcing the rules, and Temple support their effort

Petition it dude. For all you know they "arnt" macros / isk farmers and your just doing your job as a pirate ... making a living by ransoming them.
