can't really have a best theres so many different aspects of pvp, but if there was all i can say is that it will probably someone you will have never heard of.

Has always been impressed with Ugluuk, fighting outnumbered and winning is not to be sneezed at.
He made a few movies before the armour hp buff, Eos change etc. took effect. Pretty nasty in Gallente blaster boats if I remember correctly.

How do you quantify solo PvP ability? Back when I first got into piracy in 2005 I solo killed tons and tons of noobs in belts in my Malediction. Frigs, destroyers, other interceptors, cruisers, just tons of them. Does that make me good? I suspect not. So what does?
Problem is that the chances of running across a fair fight while solo is just very unlikely. Very few times was I killed by a single person. And in very few of those cases was it a balanced fight. I have very little to go off of when trying to figure out who the best solo PvPer is. It wouldn't be fair to choose from one of the handful of people who've bested me in fair solo combat, I'd be leaving too many other potential candidates in Eve out.

Ugluuk has always impressed me, preforming quite well solo (and often without the crazy faction/officer fits that a lot of solo PvPers use as a crutch).

Heikki was quite notorious back in the day - a Navy Apoc with a full rack of officer smartbombs & WCS used to be deadly in the right hands. Now that we have HICs, it's perhaps his exploits are a bit less likely to be repeated.

Theres no such thing as solo pvp, everybody is too scared,
I fought this guy in a phoon with my sleipnir, he did very well , I commended the guy on his bravery and respected him coz he didnt call for backup.
All ive seen in my years of play is people trying to get u while ratting, gate camps, ive challenged these people to fair fights but they always bring there buddies in to help,
Eve is a very complex game, and there are lots of variables involved when it comes to solo fighting,
Id like to find out who the best solo pvper is, it'd be cool if someone arranged a solo pvp tourney.
