Somehow I don't think CCP thought the whole CAPS and Titans thing through all the way. I'm curious what their suggestion would be to take on ~110 caps and ~9 titans in a system with 700 people.
I'm not complaining, I'm just really curious what CCP thinks of the current state of the game.

I dont think Goons are crying to be blunt , most dont care really other then the directors.
The power house which is Bob has been held back by the meat shield called Goons & the Northern Forces these past 2 months. If you take QY it is a good thing as far as I am concernced although I doubt the Goon directors will pull their Alliance our of their own little Iraq. They are far to stubborn and fail to think out side of the box.
The only Capital fleets that equal your own in the south are controled by the Russians and they are only concerned about ISK / Moons.
