Been stated time and time again I know but I think 100% of PVPers will not hate another post about it.
IS there any way we could get to add more than 1 contact at a time. I have 5 Corp eve mails right now 100% full of nothing but names that I have to add for a war we are at with a BIG alliance its like 300 contacts is there no way you could make it so we could 1 either just have a CORP contact list something that the leaders of the corp could modify that we can watch for or maybe a way to import and export your contact list.
even a just add contact multiple times would be fine. or a way to add a whole corp or alliance to a watch list that would show when anyone in that alliance logs on. |

So you want watchlisting to be even easier intel than it currently is. I'm not sure that this would be good for the game. |

Have to agree its a tricky one.
But there again the inequality of larger organisations attacking smaller ones becomes more apparent if they have less people to keep track of and observe, and spend more time administering a watch list than actively taking part in wars.
Intelligence is valuable, but seeing that this intelligence exercise is fairly open in terms of tools and websites available, all your doing is likley removing an admin task rather than providing an imblance in intel.
It also lifts the officer intelligence burden a little perhspa to focus on more useful intelligence matters than names and numbers also. So as much as it might appear to cheapen the intelligence role, I think it might liberate it into doing more effectiv intelligence work of more relevance.
Edit: To provide some semblance of equality to suprise adjustments if you feel "corp hopping" is relevant as a tactic, you could always provide a delay to how alliance/corp lists are maintained, such that the monitered individuals are updated periodically into "intel" lists for use for this mechanism?

heck even having it auto set to add a contact to watchlist and as nuetral would be fine. |
