Nice video Zap, makes me wanna jump into my Rifter and go cause some carnage. Do you guys employ your frigate wing on a regular basis, or is it something you do when you fancy a challenge?
By the way, nothing wrong with packing the fudge - how else would they get it to the sweet shops?

Well, personally I think frigates are more fun than battleships because we can check out blobs even 30 jumps away in about 15-20 minutes which gives us the opportunity to gank a lot more ships.
As for fleet combat a mixed fleet of frigates and battleships is the most effective imo, cruisers are next to useless. As for blackbirds, I would rather have an EW pilot in a scorpion seeing as he can take miles more damage and can target jam/ sensor dampen much more effectively.
So yes, you will see m0o pilots in frigates much more than you used to with the advent of tech 2 frigates, interceptor and bombers. Its going to be fun.
PS. I cant wait for a tech 2 Incursus to come out, that'll be one badass ship. Ive had a soft spot for the Incursus since beta, as many of my fine friends in Oracle will remember

I agree, Frigs need a boost to survivability or some sort of leveling of the combat model to give them some advantages. This would do a couple things. It would allow noobs to participate far sooner in meaningful PVP and it would make fleet tactics more realistic.
I have a question, is their a place for an EW frig?

The fact that you mentioned FOF missiles as a threat to our frigates show us how little you know about frigate warfare. Our biggest concern happened to be the drones. After those are taken out the rest of the fight comes down to avoiding missiles and smart bombs.
And donÆt knock the pilots we take down. All of our BS kills have been against skilled and experienced pilots that have lived in 0.0 Space since release. Just because it looked easy doesnÆt mean it was.
I can understand why Merc Frigates donÆt like our vids but IÆm not going to point that out here.

Not really a rumor. Check the latest dev blog. They basically say that heavy drones wont be able to touch a frig soon...same with cruise and torps..course they cant now. Also the tracking mod will make large turrets all but useless against frigs. BS will have to start mounting small turrets with tracking mods to hit frigs...cool Idea I think. There were other changes that I cant remember.

Just for the record-- m0o's so called frigate wing isnt that experienced in frigates, thats what happens when you fly battleships too much;)
I have killed 1 frigate, and 1 interceptor of m0o's from my interceptor in the past 3 days. The interceptor was easier than the frigate...lol
