Do the concord that is already spawned on a gate engage during a criminal action? Or are only the ones that spawn fresh engage?
If concord that is alread on a gate will aggress, what ways are there to get concord to despawn off of a gate?

There isnt a way to de-spawn concord and if they are already there they will insta pop you
I like corpses i collect them in my hanger and have fun with them be4 downtime :P |

Shoot a GSC at a nearby planet (not at a gate or sentries will pop you before concord arrives) it needs to be fairly close or just another spawn will come up 1-2AU maybe.
Just use a rookie ship to shoot a can or shoot a non-corp alt and the spawn will move.

thank you very much. Thats all I needed to know. Someone should right a guide to all the rules of concord and aggro... =] meh. too lazy.

It used to be that the concord ships that were already spawned would just sit there and laugh as you died before a new spawn turned up... But I guess it has changed?
I still can't go to highsec, so no way I'm gonna be able to test it

Don't know if this works, but you could try warping somewhere else, and engage in a "criminal activity." Maybe the ones in the system will warp to you, or maybe a new set will spawn. Try it and see what happens.

tbh I havent taken a noob ship to see if they shoot me. That will be my next plan. atm, I can easily just suicide an ibis 500km off the gate and they will move
