This is what CCP wanted when they introduced titans to the game, no doubt about it.

P.S i heard that bob is the only alliance in the game that has the ability to make more than 1 titan c/d?

No, but they are one of the few alliances that are willing put them on the front lines time after time.
Yes, because it takes huge hairy ones to be willing to put out enough titans that you can double doomsday any sub-capital forceoff the grid every 15 minutes forever if you feel like it.
Also, good thing they don't measure Epeen with those fancy little electric tape measures because it seems most of the Bobbits that have been posting would need to replace batteries a time or two to get it to run out far enough.

it really kinda puts this whole argument to rest tbfh. bob has just as much capability to make a titan as the next alliance. its noones fault but your own that you choose not to.
