I'd hardly call it a fight. Camps will mostly disperse as soon as somewhat equal numbers are brought to engage. So it's not "a fight" they're mostly after.

With all due respect, this statement right here is ridiculous. Yes, if you travel in small fast frigs you can pretty much escape any gate camp. But what about someone that wants to actually do something more than just pass through? What if I want to mine or complete a Lvl 4 mission? I have two choices:
1) Don't jump until gate camp clears.
2) Bring my own blob.
I guess I have a third choice:
3) Stab up my BS and pray the HIC/inty pilot crashes to desktop/disconnects.
You don't see the imbalance here? Low sec is fine if it's just meant to be a PVP arena, which it mostly even isn't. But then don't complain when your "targets" don't go there. I'm not saying that you personally complain. But it's not hard to find threads on this issue.

If low sec pirates weren't cowards, they'd stop whining to ccp trying to get them to restock the barrel with fish, and go somewhere where the fish naturally are.
