Bladerunners Corporation is now recruiting new members. We are an Anti-Pirate PvP corporation with emphasis on team play. We seek mature players that want to play with likeminded people.
Brief History
Bladerunners is a corporation with roots back to beta. The leadership and the kernel of the corporation consist of veterans with PvP and game experience going back to the launch of EVE. The corporation has been active in the North for a long time and has been a founding member of several shapes of the Venal alliances. Most recently joining the ranks of IRON alliance.
Corporation Structure and Philosophy
Bladerunners try to have as flat leadership structure as possible. Everyone is important and everyone has a say on what we do. We think it is important to encourage activity in corporation affairs on all levels in the corporation. Every player is a part of and has an influence on corporation affairs. The economy is run by all members with the directors keeping oversight on what needs to be done. Over all else we want to have fun in the space lanes so we try to keep the compulsory corp. industry at an equal and minimum level.
Our corporation has always taken what we consider the ôgood fightö. We are a strict Anti-Piracy corporation, with a non-tolerance policy on Piracy and we actively hunt those who seek to do others harm for their own benefit. We believe in a mature and courteous stance towards the rest of EVE population. As a rule, we donÆt ôsmack talkö enemies or respond to ôsmack talkö from enemies. As a Bladerunner you will fight against those who do combat themselves, something we have done constantly and with good result, even against the loudest and well known PvP corporations.
The Economy Explained
Bladerunners at the moment employ a 15% tax level, using this money to fuel our industry and keeping the corp. running. Your equipment is paid for by yourself though corp. sanctioned op losses are eligible for corp. replacement.
Who we are looking for
We seek players who are looking for a corporation to join on a long term basis. Players who have jumped around a lot in different corporation and players who have been in pirate corporations do not need to apply. Your employment history will of course be considered and you should be prepared to answer any questions about it.
We seek players that have been in the game for a while that have mastered the basics (around 10M SP is eligible). Prowess in combat and experience with PvP is a bonus to your application. But you donÆt need to have PvP skills, this will be taught to you by our senior pilots. We focus more on the personality of the player and that you fit in with the rest of the group and that you agree with our general philosophy.
You fully understand and agree on our shared economy. You are also a person that take pride in good team play and find that to be more rewarding than personal glory.
English language and the ability to communicate with voice communication is required.

Well, if you read the news you probably know the North is rather "interesting" at the moment :D
Luckily we're located right in the middle of all the fun! \o/
Hope you are still having fun in MA, flying with BoB down South. Wish we were down there shooting you :P but alas, home defence comes first!

We are honoured to hear that an ex blade has gone on to such a fine corp such a Veto. Grats!
Raven is currently on one of his long breaks from the game. Sadly, we don't yet know if he will return. When you have played since Beta I think there will eventually be times when you seriously think of leaving, but so far he hasn't actually hit "recycle" :)
However, the corp is in good hands & is evolving into something leaner and meaner than it was before.
