MAFIA.
MAFIA was the last real pirate corp in EVE. They are still active but doing "mafia methods" now.
That day they return back to pirating, that day they are very easy claim the no1 place again.

This topic again. What exactly constitutes a good pirate corp though?
I guess a good pirate corp is one which wins most if not all of their fights. On personal experience, I've not seen a single one of these for a long time.
I guess there's more to piracy though. This is not a "who is the best small-scale PvP corp" thread, eh? There's the ability of the pirates to maintain operations even after they've caught a nasty anti-pirate's attention - the ability to get kills and ransoms despite being hunted by the bloodhounds. That is very, very important. A lot of the *cough* wanna-bes run and hide, or dock up after being pounded to space-dust. A really good pirate shouldn't let others dictate their game-play like that.
Like last time this topic came up, I'll give Veto props, even if they are the forum darlings. In my experience, when both sides have heavy groups, they go at it and stuff explodes left and right. When they have smaller, lighter groups they run and keep operating. That's quality.
I'll similarly also make a note of Mutual Assured Distraction as up-and-comers here. The Amamake neighborhood gets lots of pirates and they all mostly suck - these guys have made a few good showings.

Hello sex panthers alliance member alt, the OP was asking for the best pirate corps. You listed an alliance with crappy pirate corps like deathofvirtue that camp a single lowsec pocket with only 2 lowsec systems.

most people with any brains in EVE know veto are the pirate alliance but since they are an alliance I will vote for outbreak since it did say pirate corp.
