Have you seen the stuff haulers drop sometimes? Has nothing to do with whether or not they fit guns

The United ranks up there on the killboards. Problem with most killboards is they weigh pod up there with BCs which I personally think is ********. Nice kill though united on the archon.

Pirate corps rise and fall every month, this thread is 4 years old really and pilots still around from eves prim time are not in those same corps or alliances.
Its about best pirate pilots.
Since that to means ransoming, quick and witty banter with an edge of role play then its Verone, i feel verone gets alot of bad press from alot of you 'he's not that uber' etc etc quelching out most as 'fanbois' and him as an elitest tosser, but the fact of the matter is most are jealous, of his success and dare i say it 'celebrity' status.
Deny if if you wish, but he's put alot of work in to eve. Him getting put on eve tv and being reconised as a public figure in eve.
Got news for you, he's put there because he is a good and decent bloke and knows how to talk to people.
Just take alook at there killboards, the stories and the upto date role play/campaigns and art. No other pirate corp does this. None.
Because most of you are outlaws shooting to kill for glory your not technically a true pirate just a pvp'er that wants results fast. Kinda a junkie wanting the fix as quick as you can.. im no angel neither im just like you.
Just dont like to see someones efforts lambasted because certain people hate the fact they aint known and need to claw and scratch and the successful tearing down whatever they can of them to make them feel better.

Is this ****ing contest over yet? You want to know who the best pirates are go pay each of them a visit. You don't like gang fights? Then ask for a 1v1. Anyone can camp with heavy dictors and blob or hot drop caps, it's individual skill that puts a pirate corp on top. So get out of your nanofag ships, stop lighting cynos, get out of the mindset of blobwarfare, and come bring a fight.

Personaly I dont deny that Verone has done a good job keeping the corp alive and well but to be seen as mean pirate corp. You have to be stepping peoples toes, have an 0 tolerance and kill **** load of NAPLanders. Also it is big plus to be one step ahead in fitting,flying style and in fighting style than others.

4) - Some of us RP and write fiction... sue us. Alternatively press 9 and hold to attempt to re-write your flame into something with more weight and meaning.
Also, we're not the best Pirate corp around... there is no "best". Each corporation in excels in their own way at different aspects of outlawship.
We survive on a simple principle. "Do unto others as you'd have them do to you." We kill and ransom people and accept retaliation with loaded weapons and open arms. We're civil to those who're civil with us, and we laugh at those who have to create an alt to flame someone on an internet spaceships forum because they're too spineless to do so with their main.
With these few points in mind, please be aware that this post is merely for clarity and is intended to help shed some light on the reasoning behind your apparent hate, and admitted insult for the mention of myself and my corporation (which I'm grateful for).
The actual content and nature of your post is to me, as interesting as the economic viability of crop rotation in 17th Century France.

I've flown with and against Veto, I havn't had good experience with them, we engaged their zealot with rupture + falcon when they had around 10 friendlies in local, they didn't try to help it. Not too long ago their 6 man bs/hac gang ran from our 4 cruiser + falcon gang, and more recently they ran from 2 Ruptures with 2 cerberus, taranis and crow, after we killed the crow, when they do actually engage I havn't had good experience there either, they engaged my rupture with a rapier and vagabond, rapier died and I was able to escape, in my experience veto either runs from stupid odds, or they completley mess up
From personal experience, i'd probably say the best pirate corp is probably bees

That was the first time I had ever shot a blue, and it was for good reason too, I had told you I was with that gang through local, and you still warped your gang in 20-15 minutes later to engage us, while we were engaging another gang

Regardless, my original point still stands. It was nice working with you guys.
As for the smack, well, how you guys choose to approach relations with us is your own choice. We've stayed civil regardless of the smack and blue on blue.
It's just disheartening to see it coming from Genos to be honest.
