As leader of Misfits Enterprises, I hereby surrender to the war from Heretics via Destiny Alliance. I agree to the following terms and submit the following apology.
I Outlaw Jenner acknowledge and apologize for harassment by means of Ventrillo hacking, frapsing Heretic activity, posting pictures of various members on different mediums, posting impostor comments on given killboards and no small amount of smack talk on various given mediums.
We also appoligize for falsely accusing Thora RefrVigdis/Indignant Assault for being a corp thief, these names should be removed from the C&P list of thieves.
Misfits agrees to cease hostilities in the week while the war finishes out, and only will defend themselves if aggressed. (providing proof of agresson ) I am told Misfits will not actively be pursued unless we violate any of the terms mentioned in this apology. Misfits are not to open any communications with Heretic pilots via any medium, even via alts. We understand that if we do violate any of these terms after the war has timed out, it will be started again.
In closing, I am sorry to all who were negatively affected by my actions, both in my corp, in heretic corps, or people surrounding them.

As CEO of Heretic Logistics, and on behalf of that corporation, I hereby accept your apology and your surrender. The terms of surrender are acceptable to LOAF and myself. All Heretic Logistics pilots involved in combat operations against MFE will be ordered to stand down and return to zerospace, pending the end of the war. Specific orders will stand that no communications will be made with MFE, nor will any military action be taken against MFE except in the circumstances of a violation of the terms of surrender via MFE, which I am trusting will not occur.

People actually surrender? I though they just signed on carebears alts until the people declaring got bored form lack of targets

I would assume that the Heretics/Destiny Alliance wrote this for him, and made it one of many terms of the surrender. Personally, I believe that this should become a staple of the Wardec/Surrender process, as it provides a nice close to the entire thing.
