Well not really, but I want to know if there's a way to turn off the rocking/floating motion in space. It's kind of annoying, and it looks bad on an LCD monitor with no AA.

Unfortunately, only the Minmatar ships have this problem, they tend to do that rocking/swaying. And no, there is no way to stop it, except to get a ship from another race.

Aye - I'm afraid the Minmatar designer got over enthusiatic when he was adding ship's clocks and as a result all minmatar ships now act as their own pendulum.
Great for keeping accurate time but a bugger on the stomach.

Some of them don't actually rock in space. The Breacher, for instance, sits there solidly like the fragile scrapheap of death that it is.

I don't see it as a problem. Why is it assumed it is a problem? I use a 19 inch Sony flat panel, and the detail is incredible on all the ships. The min ships seem to express a desire to get on with their biz and their impatience to be on their way to play the game. I see it as eagerness. And my raven does this as well.

The whole rocking is caused but the engine systems shakening apart the duck tape that holds the superstructure together causeing a harmonic virbration that shakes the entire ship.
To fix it you need only hit the plasma intakes to your fusion turbine modules and if there is a clunk clunk sound that means its fixed. If there is a clank ching chitty bang bang, you knocked the regulation silliod out of alignment and your engine is about to melt down.

Ah, perhaps I wasn't clear enough... I didn't mean the ship motion (tho' that is a bit annoying), I meant the motion of the space background. Even when sitting perfectly still it continues to move.

Yeah, I noticed that. The Camera "moves" because..well, I don't know the reason for that. I want an option to disable that, as well as an option to disable the lighting effects for the GUI.
