Hachou	Posted - 2008.04.02 19:15:00 - [1] Since Tyrrax Thorrk left alliance due his corporation thieving. I am a new president of IAC. Diplomatic issue goes to me directly. If am on online go IAC Diplomatics describe your issue and it will be relayed to me. Some politic changes -- we are now reseted stands with AAA/Solidus/AAA Citiziens with whom we are sharing our region and path to Empire, so our carebear alliance gona be involved in bloody mess with a lot of enemies. Due to politic situation Catch became contested territory and we are closing citizienship program. For one who's already involved we will talk separately. Also we not recruiting new corp unless corps of masohists who like to take blood baths. Also I lack of english skill so I prevent F1..F8 style in diplomatic keep it in mind and try to make your issues direct, short and out of too smart words (i am stupid Russian guy with big stick and bear pet, ill not understand any way). And the last one, we still have best beer in university so we will be ok anyway. Meet you in overview.

The simple reason, was that we didn't want to die! There you have it. Though, lets look objectively at what that'd entail. We'd fly all the way to your space, through Sylph space, CVA space, BOS and -7- space (all of which are also extremely hostile to us) and when we would finally get there, we would be unable to dock within your own stations, which means you can dock and undock as you did in high sec, giving us a severe disadvantage. However, more ironically than your post, I recall one brave IAC pilot that said to us: "Ha! You can't even join the alliance tournament to face us with even odds!", but little did he realize we'd already signed up. Second day of the tournament, IAC dual logistic setup with Moa backup got WTFBBQPWNed by my team. In fact, we're so bad, that was our only win. Hence why CRMSN's motto is currently; Handful of Griffins - 10 mil. Bragging rights over IAC - Priceless. Tiger.

Even by Tyrrax's own admission, and yet that doesn't bother me. During the wars I've fought against Goons, IAC, KOS, no alliance has ever given us credit. IAC laughed at us. Goons look upon us with contempt. KOS called us insignificant, right up until the point at which they disbanded. Granted, I am just a very small cog within the greater machine of EVE, and winning EVE is not within my ability nor interest. But when you have such powerful alliances sitting within their deep 0.0 pockets of space, smacking about how anything that happens in empire isn't important, it makes me laugh. On a similar line, Goons have lost over 620 ships to combined anti-Jihad forces, which amounts to over 25 billion ISK, and yet they claim this is but a simple drop in the ocean. If you want to look away from 'chest-beaters', I'd suggest leaving IAC. IAC, much like Goons, much like KOS, believe that the be-all and end-all of EVE evolves around 0.0 combat. As long as people like you take every single loss as meaningless, just how can anyone ever beat you? Does this level of immunity not boost your ego to the point of arogance? Tell me, have you ever been beaten, or lost a single ship that you actually cared about? I somehow doubt it :) Tiger.
