How would you fit a mining Rokh in 0.0 space inhabited by Angels? My goal would be to perma-tank all Angel spawns while mining (with mining lasers IIs) and allowing other ships (such as hulks) to mine in perfect 100% safety (from NPC ships, that is).
No faction equipment please. Looking for a solution using only T1 and T2 equipment.

Step 1: Fill highs with mining equipment
step 2: create tank, large shield booster II and 3 hardeners should do it
step 3: fill the other slots
Too lazy to EFT, really this isn't tough...

Try that. Replace what you need for T2, but you will be tight for CPU if you don't have Electronics V. Tanks around 550 DPS against Angels. Should do just fine. You also have a bit over 100k EHP against the same enemy. Even if the passive regen isn't enough to tank them, the EHP is before you kill them.

Actually, i think you'll find it somewhat low on cpu anyway, about 96k short.. now replace those deep core strip miners with Miner IIs and it'll fit

Those are Modulated Deep Core Miners, not Modulated Deep Core STRIP miners. Thus fits just fine on a Rokh.
