I wouldn't want to give away my secret alliance fit....
But,
A. Try looking in the posted ship setup thread first. B. Try asking in alliance chat? C. Fit ECM in your mids D. Fit Signal Distortion amps in your lows.

You can use this pandymen's not so secret fit ;-).
I recommend to use 3x assault launchers and small armour repper. Mids: 10MN MWD is nice for fleet, so is sensor booster, the rest: 4 racials. Lows: 2x signal distortion amplifiers or signal distortion amplifier and the best plate you can fit.

Highs: 3 heavy missile launchers (or assault)
Mids: 1 x 10mn mwd (you need it for survival), 4 x racial ECM (whatever mix you want to bring), 1 x large shield extender (buffer helps survival, by a lot, and a shield extender is better than an armor plate for several reasons)
Lows: 2 x signal distortion amplifiers
Preferably all tech 2, or best named, except the launchers because they don't really matter. If you want to put rigs on it, targeting range (especially when not using a sensor booster) and ecm optimal range rigs are nice.

ECM rigs lowers your shields thus negating usefulness of lse.

I don't bring Blackbirds to fleet fights - I leave that job for my scorpion since it has a much better buffer.
My blackbird has been replaced by a falcon of late for small gang stuff, but I had a fair bit of luck using 5 jammers of various flavors.
Basically my setup was:
High: (Point defense) 2 Medium Smartbombs 2 Assault Launchers
Mids:
5x Jammers 1 LSE II
Lows: 2 Signal distortion amps.
My ships were generally fitted with the cheapest of gear because my blackbirds often met a firery end. The above fitting would cost me less than a million isk on average when I lost it.

Not by much. And well, I don't fit rigs on a Blackbird anyway. Just added the part about possible rigs in there as an afterthought, just in case.
But the extender is really a life saver. I've warped out from battle in armor (or even structure) many times with it on. Without the extra shield hp, I would have been in a pod by the time I was in warp.

Being that I can't stand flying without a mwd does it nerf your cap to much for a extended fight?

Not at all, in my experience. Especially with racial jammers. (Not unless you're running the mwd while jamming anyway, which of course you shouldn't be.)

Well for a fleet i would go:
3x Smart bombs 1x cloak (its nice not to be insta primary... let them all start shooting then apear) 1x of each racial, 2x sb 2x jam booster thingys
------- I am the King of Rome and above grammar. |
