(Kidjanot...look it up) It does make more sense, but we all pretty much use the American version and have done for a long time. CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.

But chances you cant really tell whos the richests individual. I can think of 2 person with assets and isk worth 1 trillion. Maybe 3. But thats about it.

So there's possibly people with that many in assets, but calculating a liquid value is really really hard. I mean, how much is an officer module _actually_ worth? Or a Nighthawk BPO? -- Crane needs more grid 249km locking?
