With a little work they can be whatever you want them to be. They come with +3 implants and positive wallet as you can see from the API. They are PRE chars with little deviation and im happy to tlk just convo me. Also note i am not asking for billions and billions for these as do the majority of ppl do on here and also i take into account of cap ship book prices etc. The reason i have not bought them is because it depends on which direction you wish to go.
