I once had my tempest blown up doing worlds collide, I cancelled the mission and went back in to pick up the loot and salvage what I could, and I found a named implant worth 350mil isk - I Can't honestly remember which one, but it was an officer one.

I had a mining mission for a level 2 agent and got a DG frigate spawn turn up at the BM>
Dunno if this counts.

played for nearly 2 years now just about all in empire space.
seen a few faction ships in that time. my personal best was one evening mining in an osprey when i drew 3 faction frigates over the course of the evening. never noticed two of them being faction till i was cleaning up the wrecks. got nothing interesting of course.
next best was piddling about again mining in an osprey when i drew two hauler encounters in 20 minutes. the only two hauler encounters i've ever seen.

Got a DG cruise launcher from a named mob in a lvl 4 storyline mission, and have had 2 DG drops from the final room of GE lvl 4

Chances I know of faction loot on missions:
1. Worlds Collide 4 - overseers with 4mil bounty
2. Covering Your Tracks 4 - main boss
3. The Blockade (all levels) - occasional rare spawn
4. Guristas Extravaganza - bonus room structure
5. A Force to be Reckoned with 3 - main boss

I got a Low-Grade Snake Omega (400-500 mill) from a L3 blockade in 1.0 space once. Other than that, never seen a faction spawn in a mission. They are certainly much rarer than in belts. |

if you really want faction spawns and faction loot. do exploration and find a deadspace pocket in low sec.
mad loot and bounty.

I can confirm Worlds Collide lv4 did drop a Vindicator bpc 1 run. Sold it for 900 mil. Now hate me.

Got a DG large 250mm Rail from GE bonus room and a DG Photon Scattering Field from Boss on Covering your tracks....however best drop i ever had was from a DG frigate in a roid belt in Tsugawa was mining in a badger back when i was a noobie popped it and it dropped a DG Invul field, sold it for 325 mill

with me playing for almost 4 years...my corpies have told me i had been a lucky man,i used to get high sec faction spawns alot,before they change stuff in the game.i once had a lvl 4 mordus headhunters that spawned a mordus fleet commander 5mill bounty.u can still get overseer spawns in WC on both sides of the mission but sometimes you may have to wait alittle longer for them to appear

I dropped a clanger on an Angel L4 once, warped out into a roid belt and landed on a Shadow Serp Frigate, dropped some Faction Ammo and a low grade Slave (or Snake cant remember which) Delta. Not a bad result for getting my ass handed to me
