I finally found a setup that navy apoc seems outperform abaddon in lv4 (against sansha, blood). That is to use pulse and afterburner. With navy apoc:
2 x LARII
Beta Reactor Control: Capacitor Power Relay I
Amarr Navy Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane
Armor EM Hardener II
Armor Thermic Hardener II
2 x Heat Sink II
3 x Cap Recharger II
100MN Afterburner II
8 x Mega Modulated Pulse Energy Beam I,Multifrequency L
3 x CCC
it can reach 344m/s, and do 438 dps. While a similar fitted abaddon (need 2 Capacitor Power Relay II to keep cap stable, and no space for heat sink) can reach 320m/s, and 372 dps. I am very surprised by this founding.

The afterburner make up for the range difference, so navy apoc with heatsink better than normal apoc and abaddon.

do not get angry, I just try to point out a certain scenario and fitting idea in which navy apoc > abaddon. I am still trying to sell my navy apoc in the mean time.

In fact I am selling both navy apoc and abaddon, so argument against one of them automatic boost the sell of the other.

And I bolded what I think is your motivation for this post. You want to sell what is regarded as probebly the worst battleship in game and hence you are putting together a crapfit in the hope someone thinks it decent and buys your navy apoc.
Hate to break this to you, but Navy Apocs are total rubbish atm. Normal Apocs outclass them for both pvp and mission running and this will remain until CCP fix's the navy apoc.
