Im thinking something that just keeps on messing with you but doesnt kill you, you cant kill it, you cant leave, you cant really do anything. And if you by all improbabilities manage killing this thing, it's a cheap peice of trash anyhow. And gives you no satisfaction what so ever.
Include what ships you'd be fighting in this thing.

for fighting it I would use a stabber, muninn or rapier.

Cheap piece of trash...I'd say Vigil cos its so fast...but it can still be killed easily by a lot of ships, so choose targets if you're planning on griefing

1) Falcon. The Scorpion can perma-jam you, the Falcon can perma-jam you AND sit cloaked in your system 24/7 messing with you.
2) Passive-tanked heavy missile Vulture. It's like the worst carebear passive Drake, but infinitely more annoying since literally no sub-capital ship can actually kill it 1v1.

A Rapier, if you're in a Megathron loaded with only Antimatter and Ogres - he just sits at 19km orbitting you and you can't touch him...

A pair of HIC's holding me down with a logistics pilot feeding them cap and shield in turn. They'd have to catch me alone tho and if that happens they can start etching the mail in granite anyway.
