Fighter drones can be attached to support ships, the fighter drones then auto agro as the Frig/cruisers/battleships are targeted.
You are not on any km's because at the last patch Carriers assigning fighters no longer appear on km's (Bit poo really).
Only if you directly engage a target or as you stated are auto aggroed with drones out do you get on the km now.
Fighters were not assigned. Largely due to few support being alive for long parts of the fight. So no auto aggro. If we got you with fighters it means we had to order them directly to do it. That also means we could have shot you with a bs, carriers are just that much harder to kill. |

It was a System lockdown. What was left after 2 hours fought hard vs a hell of caps. Only trds would say "bring more". You could be a bit more like shanda, chris or any other insurg with honor. Take it like a sportsman, tell some funny stories how close it was with your ship so we could have a smile.
More fun, less smack.
Less smack would be nice. Can't really blaim people though. You guys got kicked and are ****ed lag prevented most of you from fighting and likely changing the outcome. Many of us are ****ed you brought enough people to crash the node (which for unknown reasons held) instead of try for a fight.
Below is my take on the larger situation and pure speculation. If you lot hadn't brought those numbers you could have called it a night without jumping in and there would at most have been a few disappointed boohs from us. With the numbers you had you pretty much forced your own hand. I mean what would it signal if a blob that size had just backed down from a force less then half their size and gone home without firing a shot?
INSRG had plans yesterday but they didn't include RZR or MM for that matter. The fleet was change from attack to defense at around 18.00 when most of the cap pilots changed into carriers. So the "old North" started the war. Of course we are not innocent in any way. We've been attacking their allies, driven out a few of them and taken their space. RZR remained blue through all of this. Then MM made us red and still RZR kept us blue. We carebear for a while and slowly start ramping up for a new operation and rumors start flying. Considering what has gone before I find it odd that these rumors must have been the triggering factor in the reset. Maybe they weren't, could be MM just convinced RZR to throw out the meddlesome neighbor together or that RZR just wanted PvP closer to home.
I don't know why they reset but I would dearly like to know as I think the politics of the North are rather interesting.

Nope, it was a calculated risk. Would the node crash or wouldn't it? Had it done you would likely have won. It didn't which gave us the advantage of position.
It was no more a gift from them to us that they jump than it was from us to them that we stayed. Both sides took a calculated risk. Numbers and node crash on one side, lag and pre-position on the other.
EDIT: A proper fleet fight with RZR would be fun though. Think we would make a good match for each other in a straight on fight, but how often do they happen?
