I use pretty much that, except I replace the sensor booster with a large shield extender for buffer, instead of fitting an armor plate.

If you're in high sec run a SB and 5 jammers in mids. 2x ECM mods and a 1600mm RT in lows. Whatever else fits in highs. Ship is cheap as hell and works great for small gang support. ------

If you must tank then a lse is the best possible solution. Just don't give up the 2x sig distort amps. A sig booster is often not necessary as if you had the skills to need more range etc you would likely be flying a scorp/falcon. Being a cruiser you can lock fast and after the ecm nerf the lock time isn't as important.
Don't worry about the weapons. Fit lights if you must. If you need the highs then you're likely dead anyways. Using a mwd to exit bubbles or warping off are your best defense.
Warp in, get aligned asap. Start ecming and match the racials. If you start to take damage or see a long line of missiles heading your way then warp out and right back in. You'll die. Often. Get used to it. Great ship for the price.

Edited by: Hanneshannes on 15/04/2008 07:42:44 I use 2 sig distortion amps, 5 jammers, 1 sensor booster w/ lockign time script and w/e in highs, usually HMLs.
My BB alligns fast, so instead of using MWDs to get in range, i warp and drop bms, then warp back to said BM.
im usually sitting somewhere around 90k off w/e im jamming anyways, so just watch them velocities and transversals and u can quickly see if something is coming towards u.

I prefer 1600 mm plate in low plus light missile launchers in hi slots. Mids with sensorbooster/mwd/racials. Has served me well so far altho I have not flown one for a while (in scorpions or T2 nowdays)
