Did you know all TCF know you ? All times when a guys is docking (tcf or not) when he is targeted we say: "Chappp Mannnnn" like the old 80' serie song: "Batmaaannnnn" For us Docking = Chap Man tactical plan. :D
But I've to admit, we had good fight with Damage Unlimited when you were in h-adoc/g-g that was fun. :-)
Concerning Out Of Order, they are new in curse for me. It's not like Interdiction you see ?

Only certain systems are Blood Raider sov. The rest of Delve, including the 15 stations or so are BoB controlled. AFAIK curse is entirely Angel sov? c/d?

TCF can't control curse.. the very fact that so many other entities live there is proof of that. Dropping a Titan or Super Caps on residence there wont do a damn thing.

We (UFA) are doing ok in Curse too at the moment
Kills 182 - Losses 116
Our efficiency is a little low because we lost a carrier fighting DOG but other then that it's been a lot of fun. We mainly fight in the upper part VOL-MI, ES-UWY etc, sometimes we go visit the craziness that is Doril and always get good fights down there. I don't really think we are a major force in the arrea but are still having a lot of fun.
edit: probably should mention we are blue to tcf...

Look at it this way, if you didn't have all the major players in the South on your blue list, you wouldn't try to control and proclaim your self as rulers of an NPC region just because you have no1 to shoot.

The region we currently own is called Wicked Creek, Curse is just the pvp playground and we don't prented or even try to "own" or "control" the region. The closest thing to "control" we do is keeping few key systems clean of hostiles. That said, Curse has been quite boring for long time and I'm so happy to finally have a decent number of skilled opponents to fight.

PVP is not why Section XIII is in Curse, if anything it is a consquence of them being there. For them Curse is all about money.
Well that crap stops NOW! you don't OWN Curse and others have every right to be there. No amount of titan showing or warping a NYX into a POS is going to stop us. Oh and just to put section XIII on notice keep playing games with your pos.

You must be a real expert knowning at a glance the difference between macro ratting and normal ratting... Your own killboard shown only one XIII raven destroyed. If they really were macroers, I'd expect more destroyed ravens than that.

The beauty of Curse is, noone maintains local space superiority for long.
Take 5E for instance, æcontrolÆ swings widely, one hour TCF seem to have the numbers there, come back 3 hours later and Interdiction have them bottled up in station, and vice versa... marvellous...

Their is no dough you have more kills then we do but for every 10 cruisers you get of ours we only have to snag 1 of your T2 ships. If our killboards included item losses we would have way more damage drone the received.
We also always fight you out gunned and out classed and still seem to get kills worth wild.

You know whats funny. I have 2 hac kills, 1 recon ship kill, 1 Battleship kill, 4 sabre kills, 1 assult ship kill, and 1 cruiser kill only worth 395mil isk in damages to TCF. I lose 1 recon ship and 1 cruiser and you get 123mil damage to me.
Does anyone else think this seems screwed up? If it says TCF times the value by .8 and if it says someone else times the value by 1.2!!!

Their is no dough you have more kills then we do but for every 10 cruisers you get of ours we only have to snag 1 of your T2 ships. If our killboards included item losses we would have way more damage drone the received.
