Although RA would get all those Dysp moons in Delve and just completely take over EVE by purchasing Jita from CCP for 500 trillion ISK.
EDIT: And on the actual subject of PotBS.. I played Beta and I played the first month and I got REALLY sick of that game fast. It was cool for about two weeks being a pirate... but then I realized it was impossible to randomly gank people pulling into Tortuga... there were no island camps... I couldnt whirlpool-jump to the Bahamas...
... AND I GOT SICK AND TIRED OF THE RATS RUNNING AWAY 1FT/SEC FASTER THAN ME INTO THE WIND FOR 5 FREAKIN HOURS!!!!!!

I was in PoTBS beta and it was crap, shallow and felt like a console port in every way. Sad really, they could have made something brilliant, instead they chose to be mediocre. |

Oh, meant to agree with folks here. Beta was fun for a little while, but the boarding action stuff was utterly weak, and the PvP was...well...meh. Great concept, and it looked ok, but carebearism was rampant.
After EVE, I dont think I can play any game that only allows limited, instanced, consensual PvP. Just weaksauce.

I remember hearing about potbs and getting so excited I could have screwed my neighbor's dog (sorry Pooch!).
And then actually playing the game and thinking "WTF'ing F ?!"
Game was seriously bad. Not bad like Richard Grieco bad. Bad like Color Me Badd bad.
