Quite simply is there a way to list the members of a corp I am at war with so I can add them to my address book. I'd like to be able to look at my buddy list and know how many of them are logged in. But when I show info on the corp it only gives me the CEO and member count, not actual names. Alos dont know how I would use a locator agent on them if I dont have names

You will know when you meet them.
In every war, all corporation members must watch for hostiles and save the names (address book, notepad, anything really).
You could also ask people from other corporations to search them. Usually, most people from a corporation have a rallying point and will gather there for ops planning.
Take a look at the corporation info, there could be names in the descriptions or in the know members bios. Some corps links to diplomats or directors in the description and people tend to link to some corpmates in their bios.
One last thing : they could have a public channel, find the name, take an alt and go there as if you were a new recruit, you should ather some more names. -- Pocket drone carriers (tm) enthousiast !

No, you can't. If you want to do this you either need to see all of them in space, or infiltrate their corporation and go from there. Intel is a powerful weapon, so you better be prepared to make a bit of an effort in order to get it

The only things you can do, afaik, are:
Find out where they hang out, go there, and add any red in local to your address book.
Find out where they hang out, create neutral alt, set their corp standing to -5 on the alt, go there with the alt, and hang around and collect names.
Get on the Internet and try to see if they have a website and/or killboard, that may list members.
There is no way to do it remotely.
Most of the time, the corporation declaring the war has the advantage, because they can set your standings to -5 and you'll appear red to them, but they'll still look neutral to you. They can then hang around in local collecting your names, and when they're good and ready to start the war, they already have intel.

When you know a member of the corp, check their contracts too. You might be able to find more members this way, and possibly alts of a player that they may use as as cout to check if you're in a system without alerting you to their presence. |

Two other methods not mentioned here:
If the corp has a forum, look at the member list on the forum to harvest names. Use eve-search.com to search for the corp name to find people who have posted under that corp.

I have to 2nd kill boards, in fact I can't stress this strongly enough. You can always verify the names once in game are still in that corp and there may be people who are not on killboards in that corp so you still have to try other ways as well. Kill boards also provide other valuable information such as favored ships, ship setups... Gold mines really.
